Written safety programs
A safety manual and job-specific plans written for how your crew actually works — not a template with someone else's name on it.

GC-level safety for your crew — without hiring a full-time safety manager. We run your OSHA compliance — safety training, toolbox talks, inspections and OSHA 300 logs — and send you the monthly proof GCs and insurers ask for. The goal: fewer injuries and an EMR under 1.00, so you can bid more jobs.
It starts with one on-site visit and a written list of what to fix.
On a shared jobsite, OSHA can cite more than one employer for the same hazard — including the general contractor. So GCs protect themselves: they ask every sub for a written program, clean records and trained crews. If you can't show it, you don't get on the job.
Under OSHA's multi-employer policy, the sub that created it, the sub whose crew is exposed, and the GC that controls the site can all be cited.
Plus up to $16,550 a day for hazards not fixed by the deadline. Actual penalties vary with company size and history.
Falls, slips and trips killed 370 construction and extraction workers in 2024. Scaffolds and ladders are also on OSHA's top-10 list.
Good habits, but no safety manual or job-specific plan a GC can review.
Flagged at prequalAn injury log nobody updated. Training cards in a truck visor. Inspections that were never written down.
Lost bidsA binder on a shelf isn't evidence. Inspectors, GCs and insurers want to see it used on site.

We build the safety system a GC expects to see, keep it current, and run it with you every month. You keep running work.
A safety manual and job-specific plans written for how your crew actually works — not a template with someone else's name on it.
Your OSHA injury logs kept current and correct, plus the documents GCs and prequal platforms ask for.
OSHA 10 and 30 delivered by OSHA-authorized Outreach trainers, plus trade topics — in the language your crew works in.
Toolbox talks, workspace walk-downs, tool and cord inspections and equipment color-coding — a simple rhythm your foremen can run.
A clear emergency plan for every site. If someone gets hurt, we help you report it fast and bring them back on safe, light duty.
And every month, a report that proves it.
See the platformYour program runs on QRSafePro, our own software. Your foremen only need a phone. At the end of each month you get a report you can hand to any GC or insurer.
Scan the tag, check the item, done. Every inspection is time-stamped with who did it.
Describe the task. Get a draft listing each step, what could go wrong, and how to prevent it.
Task: Pull wire above a 12 ft ceiling near an electrical panel
Drafting…| Step | Hazard | How we prevent it |
|---|---|---|
| Set up 8 ft ladder | Falling | Inspect ladder, 3 points of contact, never stand on top |
| Open boxes near panel | Electric shock, arc flash | De-energize and verify zero energy; if not feasible, energized work permit and arc-rated PPE |
| Pull the wire | Hand strain, pinch points | Gloves, pulling lube, two-person pull |
| Work over walkway | Dropped tools | Tool tethers, barricade below |
Every recordable injury, classified correctly — with posting and filing dates tracked for you.
| Case | Role | Date | Outcome | Days |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 26-001 | Apprentice | Mar 11 | Light duty | 6 |
| 26-002 | Journeyman | Jun 2 | Medical | 0 |
| 26-003 | Laborer | Aug 27 | Days away | 3 |
TRIR and DART measure how often injuries happen. Lower is better — and GCs check both.
Every hazard found on site is pinned, assigned to someone, and tracked until it's fixed.
See who's trained for what, and get a reminder before a renewal is due — not after.
Sent every month. When a GC asks "how do you run safety?", you send this.
Your Experience Modification Rate compares your workers' comp losses to the average employer in your trade — using about three years of claims, not counting the most recent year. 1.00 is average. Lower means you pay less, and many GCs set a limit for who can bid.
One bad injury can follow you for years after the job ends.
Prevent injuries, report claims fast, get people back to work safely, and keep records that hold up. We can't promise a number — we can stack the odds.
Start with one visit. Every step stands on its own — you decide whether to keep going.
We walk your shop and an active job, review your paperwork, and send a written gap list ranked by what would get you flagged first.
Credited in full to your setupWe write your programs, set up your injury log, tag your tools and cords, and load your crew's training records into QRSafePro.
OSHA 10 and 30 through OSHA-authorized Outreach trainers, plus trade topics — scheduled around your work. Quoted per class.
Talks, inspections, hazard tracking and records every month — and a Proof-of-Action report you can hand to any GC or insurer.
Bigger crew, several trades or heavy-prequal sites? Setup and monthly support are quoted after your Walk, based on what we find.
Seven years in environmental, health & safety across construction and manufacturing, including roles at LG Electronics, Hankook AtlasBX and Amazon. I've seen what large sites require from contractors — and I built QRSafePro so small crews can meet that standard without hiring a full-time safety manager.
We reply within one business day to set a time. The Walk takes a few hours on site. Within five business days you get a written gap list, ranked by what would get you flagged first, and a clear quote for fixing it.
It depends on where each job is. About half the states run their own OSHA-approved plan, which must be at least as effective as federal OSHA. We map the rules for each of your sites and build one program that covers them.
If you don't have one, we act as your outsourced safety department. If you do, we take the paperwork, records, training scheduling and software off their plate so they can spend their time in the field.
Yes. We build and maintain the programs, logs and training records those prequal platforms ask for, and help keep your submissions current. We're independent and not affiliated with either platform.
Yes. Courses are delivered in English or Spanish by OSHA-authorized Outreach trainers, who issue the official cards. Toolbox talks are available in both languages too.
Barely. QRSafePro is included, and your foremen only use a phone to scan tags and sign talks. We handle the rest.
One on-site visit. A written list of what to fix, in order. If you move forward, the cost of the Walk comes off your setup.
